So excited to get a box of my book Girls Don't Cry from the publisher Bloodhound Books. So cool to see my work in print at last!
I read the opening section of Girls Don't Cry at an open mic event last week. I thought I might be nervous, because there were about fifty people crammed into a room at Sidney and Eden, in Bristol, but it was actually quite fun! Lots of talented writers reading a great variety of styles and genres, from comic poetry, and microfiction to novels. It's good to see such a healthy interest in the written (and spoken) word.
